Back again at Temasek Primary School

School #2: Another bunch of p4s, this time at Temasek Primary School! We were here three years ago and are delighted to be back 😄.

Visit to St Stephen's School

Two school talks in one day! School #1: St Stephen's School.

Very eager beaver p4s whose arms shot up when it came to question time. We found out there were many "Dan"s and "Daniel"s in the cohort, who totally identify with Danger Dan. Woohoo!

School talks at Stamford American International School

"Why didn't you make Melody related to Danny?" What an interesting question from one of the Grade 4 students from Stamford American International School!

We think it's probably because they wouldn't have worked together quite as well if they were brother and sister 😀

School visit to Dulwich College

Sharing the secrets behind Secrets of Singapore to the wonderful students at Dulwich College!

Danger Dan and Gadget Girl at the Whispering Wall

Did you spot Danger Dan and Gadget Girl on the Whispering Wall at Plaza Singapura? You could listen to an excerpt of #3 The Gruesome Garden by placing a can by Danger Dan's mouth. How resoundingly awesome is that? #BuySingLit

Visit to Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Primary School

Thank you, Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Primary School, for warmly welcoming Lesley-Anne and Monica to your school today! All you students and teachers are superheroes 💖

Secrets of Singapore nominated for book awards

Hey, hey, hey, Secrets of Singapore has been nominated for the Red Dot Book Awards 2016-2017! It's the only local book in the Older Readers category too. These are books recommended by school librarians in Singapore and include overseas books, so we're very honoured to be part of the list.

And that's not all...it's also been nominated for the Popular Readers' Choice Awards! (This is the third consecutive year a Danger Dan book has been nominated in these awards).

Vote for us from now till 31 October and stand to win Popular vouchers.
